Receive parcels at the warehouse
How warehouse staff receive a pickup request and post the fee ledger once.
Confirm warehouse receipt
Run receive at hub. Parcels move to at hub and the pickup fee and driver bonus post once — a second attempt does not duplicate ledger rows.
No money movement before warehouse receipt.
Next: bags or routes
After receipt, seal parcels into bags for inter-wilaya transit or add them to a local delivery route depending on destination.
