Platform overview

A clear overview of Hezmy for Algerian courier companies — who does what, and how a parcel moves from create to delivery and collection.

What is Hezmy?

Hezmy is a managed operations platform for delivery companies. Each company has isolated data: hubs, staff, merchants, parcels, and cash. Every parcel move and money move is recorded in an append-only log.

01What is Hezmy?

Core roles

The company admin configures everything. Hub managers run their wilaya office. Warehouse staff receive and seal bags. Cashiers settle driver custody. Drivers handle pickup or last-mile delivery. Merchants create parcels and follow their wallet.

Most staff are scoped to one hub — that drives permissions.

Parcel lifecycle in brief

Typical path: created → pending pickup → picked up → in transit → at destination hub → out for delivery → delivered. Failed deliveries can enter the return path until returned.
